The cubes

CUBE, CUBE 20
and CUBE HD.

Every CUBE Bunker is built from these pieces, welded and tested in West Point, Utah. Mix them in one bunker: they share the same portals and mate packages.

CUBE: ribs outside, so the walls inside are flat. Shown on its drain-rock bed with helical anchors.

Inside the walls

Foam on steel.
Utilities through the joint.

Closed-cell foam is sprayed straight onto the steel, so warm air never touches a cold wall and nothing sweats. MgO board goes over it: it will not burn, mold or crack on the truck the way drywall does. Water, power and air pass between cubes through two ports in the portal frame, inside the joint seal, so no new holes are cut in the shell.
