About 8 ft 10 in square inside the finished walls. Entry from the next cube at the bottom; the yellow bar is the second portal, capped for a future cube.

- Shower base: 36 x 36 in acrylic, low threshold, center drain
- Shower surround: 3-panel composite surround with 2 molded shelves
- Shower door: 36 in tempered glass pivot door, ships crated
- Shower valve and head: Thermostatic valve, 1.5 gpm head, hand shower on slide bar
- Toilet: Composting toilet with 12V fan
- Vanity: 30 in marine-grade PVC cabinet, solid-surface top, sink, low-flow faucet
- Medicine cabinet: Surface-mount with LED mirror
- Linen cabinet: Freestanding PVC/aluminum tower on removable brackets
- Accessories: Fold-down teak bench, 2 grab bars, towel bars, hooks, paper holder
- Fixture subframe and clip rail: Studs and blocking for vanity, grab bars, bench and toilet flange plate, welded before blast
- Wet-wall chase: 4 in steel-stud chase across the back wall with 2 access panels
- Wet-zone waterproofing: Liquid membrane on MgO at floor and wet wall, flash cove, drain pan under toilet and vanity
- Wet-area wall panels: Class A FRP over MgO, about 240 sq ft, with trims
- Sheet vinyl floor: Seamless with flash cove
- Supply piping: PEX-A branch from the joint port, shutoffs at each fixture, press fittings
- Drain and vent: ABS drains to the lift box, air admittance valve, traps
- Gray-water lift box: Sealed lift pump under the vanity; pumps shower and sink water through the joint to the gray-water tank
- Leak protection: 3 leak sensors and a motorized shutoff valve at the joint port
- Lighting and circuits: 2 vapor-proof LED fixtures, GFCI circuit, switches
- Exhaust fan: 50 cfm 12V DC fan with backdraft damper, ducted in the ceiling chase to the air system exhaust
How it is built
Built in our shop, inside the cube: wet-area walls, plumbing, wiring, fixtures and cabinets, then pressure tested, flood tested and leak tested. On site, your installer snaps the water, drain, power and air jumpers together at the cube joint and runs every fixture.
