Bunk Room
Sleeps six in one cube: two triple-high welded steel bunk stacks, a lighted nook at every bunk, and a tall locker for each stack.
- Welded, not bolted together. the frames are welded to the cube before coating, so they never rattle loose or wobble
- Your own nook. every bunk gets a light, a charger, a shelf and a curtain
- Fresh air at every bunk. supply air is ducted to each stack, so no one sleeps in stale air
- Fits through the hatch. roll-packed foam mattresses carry in easily; nothing else to haul down

About 8 ft 10 in square inside the finished walls. Entry from the next cube at the bottom; the yellow bar is the second portal, capped for a future cube.
What is included
- Bunk frames: 2 stacks, triple high: 2 in square tube on wall clips, welded before blast
- Ladders and guard rails: Welded ladder and rail on each upper bunk
- Clip rail and wall studs: Unistrut-type rail and studs for bunks and lockers, welded flat to the plate before blast
- Mattress decks: Perforated 16 ga steel decks, 38 x 75 in, bolted to the frames
- Under-bunk storage: Bottom bunks raised 12 in, 2 pull-out steel bins each
- Tall lockers: Steel lockers at the foot of each stack, with hooks and a shelf
- Privacy curtains: Ceiling track and blackout curtain at each bunk
- Bunk nooks: Reading light, USB-C charger and shelf ledge at every bunk
- Air at every bunk: Supply diffusers at each stack and a low return, ducted in the ceiling chase
How it is built
Built in our shop, inside the cube: welded frames, walls, wiring, lighting and cabinets, then every circuit is tested. On site, your installer plugs the power and air together at the cube joint and checks every circuit.
