Installation
One method.
Every job.
Every CUBE Bunker is installed the same way, so every quote starts from the same rates. The Builder shows the starting price for your layout as you draw it; the site visit sets the final price for your ground.
- Site visitSoil, rock, water table, access for a truck and crane, spoil placement.
- EngineeringStamped drawings for your layout, soil and depth; permits pulled.
- ExcavateDig the pit with sloped sides, set the perimeter drain and 6 in of drain rock. CUBE HD gets a concrete pad with the anchor kit cast in.
- SetCrane each cube onto its helical anchors or HD pad, level it, bolt and seal every mate joint.
- Seal and testFlowable fill under the floor, closure welds coated, then the joint and whole-bunker tests.
- Backfill and hand overDrainage board, select backfill in lifts, systems commissioned and your household trained.

What changes the price
Every site
is different.
The site visit and a soil check come before the contract. If your ground needs more than the starting price covers, the change is priced line by line and in writing before you sign.
- Rock that needs a breaker or blasting
- High groundwater: dewatering, and usually CUBE HD
- More than 3 ft of earth cover, or a deeper dig
- Tight or soft access for the truck and crane, or a long haul road
- Hauling spoil off site
- Utility trenches, a well or septic tie-in
- More than 100 miles from Ogden: crew travel and freight mileage
- Winter work: frost, snow removal and heated fill
